This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the acceptable and prohibited uses of Restilla, operated by Restilla. This AUP is part of our Terms of Service.

2. General Principles

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Operate your business ethically and honestly
• Respect the rights and privacy of your customers
• Do not harm or interfere with the Service

3. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT use the Service for:

• Any criminal activity, fraud, or financial crimes
• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Adult content or escort services
• Gambling or betting (without proper licensing)
• Weapons or explosives
• Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes
• Counterfeit or stolen goods
• Misrepresenting your identity or business
• Selling or sharing customer data without consent
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems
• Introducing viruses or malware

4. Customer Treatment

You must:

• Clearly communicate your loyalty program terms
• Honor advertised rewards
• Apply rules consistently to all customers
• Respond to customer inquiries reasonably

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in:

• Minor/First-time: Warning
• Repeated: Suspension
• Serious: Immediate termination
• Illegal: Termination + reporting to authorities

Accounts terminated for AUP violations are not entitled to refunds.
