What is Restilla?

Restilla provides software that helps businesses create and manage digital loyalty programs. Restilla is a technology provider only — we do not operate, control, or manage any loyalty program.

The business where you collect points or stamps (the "Merchant") is solely responsible for their loyalty program, including all rewards, redemptions, and terms.

Your Relationship

Your relationship is with the Merchant, not Restilla.

Questions about points, rewards, or redemptions → Contact the Merchant
Promises about rewards → Made by the Merchant, not Restilla
Restilla is not a party to any agreement between you and the Merchant

No Guarantees on Rewards

Restilla provides no guarantees regarding your loyalty points or stamps.

We do not guarantee:

That points/stamps will be retained or remain available
That points/stamps will have any particular value
That you will be able to redeem points/stamps for rewards
That point/stamp balances will be accurate
That the loyalty program will continue to exist

Points & Stamps May Be Lost

Your loyalty points or stamps may be lost, reduced, expired, or become unavailable at any time, without notice.

This may happen due to:

Technical issues or system errors
The Merchant changing or ending their loyalty program
The Merchant closing their business
Data loss or technical problems
Restilla ending the Merchant's access to our platform
Any other technical, business, or operational reason

No Cash Value

Loyalty points and stamps have NO cash value.

Points/stamps cannot be exchanged for money
Points/stamps cannot be sold or transferred for value
Points/stamps are not a form of currency or stored value

Limitation of Liability

Restilla is not liable to you for:

Any loss of points or stamps, for any reason
Any failure by a Merchant to honor points, stamps, or rewards
Any changes to a Merchant's loyalty program
Any disputes between you and any Merchant
Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages
Any compensation for lost points/stamps or missed rewards

Your Assumption of Risk

By collecting loyalty points or stamps, you:

Assume all risk associated with collecting and redeeming points/stamps
Acknowledge that points/stamps have no guaranteed value
Understand that your sole recourse for any issues is with the Merchant directly
Waive any claims against Restilla related to the loyalty program

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of the Netherlands.
